the new balmain has finally come and it looks a lot different from the old collections, thanks to designer olivier rousteing. kasia struss models without the rips and tight jeans that are always ever so present in balmain.

the shapes are different, with boxy jackets and the wider leg pants, there are even some different prints, in this refreshing take on balmain. of course there are some familiarities with the military style jackets and the beautiful embellishments, plus the tight white printed jeans the kasia wears so well.

the fittings look larger than usual with one bomber jacket looking like it could be for a man, not a woman. although i love the old balmain, this one looks much classier.
