derek lam's f/w collection florals, where inspired by the front cover of an old book, 

with the rest of the collection being entitled, "the library". the first looks where jackets with pencil skirts

 with a vintage looking floral print, some paired with leather and others with knits. other than trousers 

there was also sheer dresses and gorgeous embellished separates.
